บ้านโมเดิร์น Ramkhamhaeng Residence (Sustainable house)

(View Project Click image) Ramkhamhaeng Residence : A Thoughtfully sustainable home Set on a 30x60meter plot facing the west, Ramkhamhaeng Residence was designed with both comfort and climate in mind.  The home is gently divided in two wings- East and West – allowing space in the center for the serene pocket garden.  This central courtyard becomes the core area for family interaction and relaxation.
The separation of the building masses also forms a natural wind tunnel, allowing breezes from the south to flow through the entire house and exit toward the lush green area in the north.  This passive cooling strategy enhances both ventilation and energy efficiency, embodying the principles of sustainable tropical design.(View Project detail click)

Consequently, our team conceived a design that includes three distinctive courtyards.

View Project click image Klass Langsuan Condominium Renovation project aims to address the issues associated with the current drop-off area and people’s visibility. the existing drop-off area suffers from poor lighting, prompting our team to present two design alternatives to the client. The first option involves installing a glazing canopy with a white-painted fiber cement ceiling. The second alternative suggests the use of a stretch ceiling (Barisol) with Complemented by LED strip lighting above. (see project detail click)
