บ้านโมเดิร์น Modern Brick Courtyard House. Peaceful & Calmly place :A gentle facade, textured paint, and teak wood screens define this home’s warm, refined character.

F-shape Plan- The long, narrow site—approximately 70 meters deep and 20-25 meters wide—demanded a design that breaks down the building mass to create essential courtyards. The layout delivers a graceful spatial sequence through three courtyards that serve as focal points, drawing natural light and ventilation deep inside the house.

First Courtyard: Travertine marble offers a warm welcome and ensures privacy from the street.
Second Courtyard: Textured brick forms a cozy, secluded pocket garden perfect for intimate living.
Third Courtyard: This transitional space connects the main house to a smaller annex (a party club) and opens out to a large northern green area.

บ้านคือความสงบ ความเป็นสัดเป็นส่วน พื้นที่ส่วนตัวสูงเกิดจากการวางผังแปลนบ้านรูป F-Shape โดยแต่ละcourtyard เฉลียง มีจุดสนใจ (Focal point เป็นต้นไม้)

การทอนสเกล ความลึกของที่ดิน (70เมตร หน้ากว้าง20เมตร) ด้วย Courtyard ต้นไม้ ทำให้การเข้าถึงพื้นที่แต่ละส่วน ด้วยการเดิน เห็นสวนด้านซ้าย-ขวา สลับกันไปมามีช่องแสง มีการระบายอากาศ ทุกห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องนอนได้ช่องแสงที่มองเห็นพื้นที่สีเขียว

อิฐโชวแนว และระแนงไม้สัก ถูกใช้เป็นเปลือกด้านหน้าอาคาร เป็นวัสดุที่ทนทาน ดูแลรักษาง่าย ‘สัจจะวัสดุ’ (การทาสีต้องบำรุงรักษาทาสีอะคริริคทุกๆ8-10ปี)

การวางผังให้ โถงสูงกลางบ้าน sharing space ช่วยเรื่องการระบายอากาศ ทำให้บ้านโปร่ง วัสุดปิดผิวเป็นหินอ่อน ไวท์วีนัส พื้นเป็นลายก้างปา (หินนอกจากการดูแลรักษาง่าย และสวยงาม แล้วมีการนำความร้อนสูง(heat conduction) แต่เมื่อวางติดดินและไม่โดนแสงแดด ผู้ใชสอยอาคารจะรูสึกว่าพื้นบ้านเย็นเกือบตลอดเวลาเพราะเวลาเท้าสัมผัสหินจะนำความร้อนออกจากร่างกายได้เร็ว สร้างสภาวะน่าสบาย (human comfort)
