Elevating Luxury: CBD Bangkok Condo Architectural Refresh

W.O.N. Architect has completed a strategic architectural renovation focused on modernizing a premier condominium in the Central Business District (CBD) of Bangkok. The project delivers a new, contemporary building facade appearance, a functionally superior car drop-off area, and a comprehensive luxury lobby refresh, significantly enhancing resident experience and property value.

Seamless Access & Cutting-Edge Design

Given the prime urban location, our design ensures seamless access for both pedestrian traffic and vehicle access. The foyer is efficiently engineered to manage this dual flow.

• Luminous Facade & Foyer: W.O.N. Architect implemented a brighter, modern material palette. The foyer now features sophisticated, concealed LED artificial lighting via a Barrisol stretch ceiling system, creating a welcoming, luminous ambiance.
• Enhanced Car Drop-Off: We designed a new condominium drop-off canopy that allows vehicles to easily pick up/drop off and depart without street disruption or complicated on-site U-turns. This significantly improves resident convenience and traffic flow.

Contemporary Bright Lobby Design

We transformed the interior from a previous cool, dark tone. The new lobby refresh showcases a bright, rich material  featuring luxurious marble finishes and sleek rose gold stainless steel strips. The design incorporates modern trends with curved ceilings and walls, delivering a high-end look that sets the standard for contemporary luxury condo design in the CBD.

การปรับปรุงคอนโด คลาสหลังสวนที่อยู่ใจกลางกรุงเทพ ย่านธุรกิจ

มี3 ส่วน คือ ปรับปรุงเปลือกอาคาร ,ปรับปรุง ทางเข้าออก เพิ่มกันสาดจอดรถจร  และ ปรับปรุงโถงต้อนรับงานตกแต่งภายใน

-เปลือกอาคาร ทีมออกแบบสถาปนิก ดับบลิวโอเอ็น อาคิเทค เปลี่ยนสีวัสดุอาคารเป็นสีพ่น โทนสว่างขึ้น  ในส่วนโถงทางเข้าเดิมค่อนข้างมืด  มีการเพิ่ม ไฟ และเปลี่ยนฝ้าเพดานเป็นฝ้าขึงซ๋อนไฟ stretch ceiling สีขาว ซ่อนไฟ LED strip

-จุดรับส่งรถเดิม ไม่มีชายคา ทำให้ ต้องเข้ามากลับรถในโครงการ  ทางเราจึงเสนอให้มี กันสาด รับส่งผู้โดยสารแล้วจร  ไม่ต้องวนเข้ามา (ช่วยลดความคับคั่งช่วงฤดูฝน ระหว่าง ทางเดินคน และ รถ )  ในชายคากันสาด จึงมีการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการให้มีความชัดเจน มองเห็นได้ง่ายขึ้น (ป้ายเดิมอยู่สูงพ้นระดับสายตา)

-โถงต้อนรับภายใน ปรับใชัวัสดุหินอ่อนขาว ครีม ตัด เส้นสแตนเลส (เดิมเป็น Dark tone ฝ้ากระจกสีเทา)  และ เพิ่ม เส้นสายโค้งของผนังกระจก และฝ้า เพื่อความร่วมสมัย
