The Hotel Pattaya’s transformative project converts existing apartment facilities into a modern, upscale hotel.

This comprehensive renovation actively delivers a superior guest experience and includes:

• Redesigning and modernizing the common areas, including the welcoming entrance lobby, vibrant all-day dining spaces, and all essential back-of-house operations.
• Installing a new, dedicated passenger lift in an isolated structure to actively prevent any potential structural settlement between the new installation and the existing main building.
• Updating and fully refurbishing all typical guest bedrooms, ensuring a premium and comfortable stay.
• Overhauling all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and simultaneously installing new, efficient equipment to guarantee reliability.
• Restoring and repainting the building’s modern façade, and prominently installing new project signage to enhance curb appeal.
