Sustainable house design: The layout ensures natural ventilation and minimizes solar heat gain through strategic orientation and an inner courtyard.
Heat Protection: Features include a double-layered cavity wall on the west and a terra-cotta facade on the south for superior sun and heat protection.
Privacy & Views: The design achieves excellent visibility and privacy while integrating the home with surrounding green areas via large north and east-facing windows.

– เพิ่มมุมมอง ภายในบ้านและได้ความเป็นส่วนตัว
– ได้ลมธรรมชาติ และ เฉลียงกลางบ้าน (inner courtyard)
– ตัวอาคารบังแดดให้กันเอง ทำให้ได้รับลมจากทิศใต้ ได้ดี
– เปลือกอาคาร ด้านทิศตะวันตก เป็นผนัง2 ชั้น มีช่องว่างอากาศ เพื่อป้องกันความร้อน
ผนังด้านทิศใต้ เป็นผนัง 2 ชั้น ผนังดินเผา (terra cotta)เว้นช่องให้ลมผ่านได้ มีความทนทาน และ ป้องกันความร้อน มีความเป็น thermal mass
