โจทย์สำคัญของโครงการนี้คือการตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับอาคารอพาร์ตเมนต์สูง 4 ชั้นทางทิศตะวันตก ทีมสถาปนิกจึงออกแบบแนวผนังทึบในฝั่งทิศตะวันตกเพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็น Buffer Zone ช่วยบังสายตาและลดความร้อนจากแสงแดดในช่วงบ่าย (Heat Gain) โดยจัดวางบันไดแนวยาวไว้ในโซนนี้ เพื่อปกป้องพื้นที่ใช้สอยหลักอย่าง ห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องรับประทานอาหาร และห้องนอน ให้คงความเย็นสบายตลอดวัน

The Interior: Light & Wind
ในขณะที่ทิศตะวันตกเน้นความมิดชิด พื้นที่ฝั่งทิศตะวันออกกลับเปิดรับความสดใสด้วยผนังกระจกใสที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Central Courtyard ช่วยให้ลมพัดผ่านได้สะดวกและรับแสงสว่างธรรมชาติในยามเช้า ทำให้บ้านหน้ากว้างหลังนี้ไม่ใช่แค่สวยงาม แต่ยังเป็นบ้านที่ “หายใจได้” และตอบโจทย์การใช้ชีวิตในเขตกรุงเทพฯ อย่างแท้จริง
