Tamarind Hills Private Estate 12 pool villas Design

Tamarind Hills Private Estate ออกแบบหมู่บ้านพูลวิลล่า W.O.N. Architect team designed a luxury residential development that features 12 exclusive pool villas in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. This project blends high-end living with site-specific architecture, creating homes that respond directly to the local climate and challenging terrain.

Design: Features, Climate concern , and Amenities: Each of the 12 pool villas offers approximately 350 sq.m. of luxury space. The design includes three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a three-car parking area. A unique basement level integrates practical amenities, such as a laundry area and a dedicated dog shower spa, as these features support a modern, pet-friendly lifestyle.
The  Origami-inspired roof is a core design element. It provides superior heat protection and wind resistance, which is crucial for Kanchanaburi’s high temperatures and strong winds. The large roof overhang strategically casts shade, so it keeps the private 4×10 meter swimming pool cool in the afternoon. The pool area itself includes a central counter bar and an east-side shower

Master Plan on slope contour: Construction and Phasing

The Project located on a high-slope site, which presented a significant challenge. We solved this by designing split-level house structures that follow the natural contours of the terrain. This innovative approach ensures minimal environmental impact while maximizing the homes’ integration with the beautiful landscape

The development is planned in two construction phases:

1. Phase One: Includes four pool villas strategically located with direct access to the main road.
2. Phase Two: Comprises the remaining eight pool villas, nestled more privately on the upper hills, offering elevated views and seclusion.

This project stands as a testament to sustainable and contextual luxury villa design, offering modern pool villas that are both visually stunning and highly functional for the tropical environment.
