บ้านโมเดิร์น Ramkhamhaeng Residence (Sustainable house)

Ramkhamhaeng Residence : A Thoughtfully sustainable home

Set on a 30x60meter plot facing the west, Ramkhamhaeng Residence was designed with both comfort and climate in mind.  The home is gently divided in two wings- East and West – allowing space in the center for the serene pocket garden.  This central courtyard becomes the core area for family interaction and relaxation.
The separation of the building masses also forms a natural wind tunnel, allowing breezes from the south to flow through the entire house and exit toward the lush green area in the north.  This passive cooling strategy enhances both ventilation and energy efficiency, embodying the principles of sustainable tropical design.(View Project detail click)

Gentle Brick facade, complemented by a teak wood screen and inner courtyard clad in travertine marble, creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

The modern Brick house our gently house in 2017, Rama VII Brick Courtyard House occupies a site with a rather long and slender boundary. Consequently, our team conceived a design that includes three distinctive courtyards.

Klass Langsuan Condominium Renovation project aims to address the issues associated with the current drop-off area and people’s visibility. the existing drop-off area suffers from poor lighting, prompting our team to present two design alternatives to the client. The first option involves installing a glazing canopy with a white-painted fiber cement ceiling. The second alternative suggests the use of a stretch ceiling (Barisol) with Complemented by LED strip lighting above. (see project detail click)

 

Tamarind Hills Private Estate (12 Pool villas)

Tamarind Hills private estate features a captivating and charming space, where the exterior design seamlessly relates to the interior.  The steeply sloped gable roof, clad in slate with a sub-roof of metal sheeting,  presents a significant challenge for the structural  engineering tam.  Additional the 12 pool villas area designed with split- level to follow the site ‘s steep topography.  The project is located on a high hill in Kachanaburi province , Thailand  (View project click )

บ้านโมเดิร์น Pibol Modern House area approximate 350 sq.m and features a large terrace on the northeast side.

-Designing a four-bedroom L-shaped house that provides privacy from neighboring properties.
-Creating an enclosed terrace on the northeast side to enhance privacy and promote natural ventilation.
-Ensuring the building’s orientation provides effective shading for the courtyard during the afternoon hours

Our signature L-shape pool villa embraces a white minimal style, with the structure elegantly enclosing the pool to cast a soothing shadow in the afternoon.  The home is finished in as soft smoke-white paint, perfectly complemented by the light blue hue of the pool for serene, timeless aesthetic. โรงงาน คลังสินค้า Rayong Warehouse & factory

 

Warehouse/Factory was planned to sharing their access road infrastructure and flexible planning for individual arrangement. Isolate personal driveway lane and heavy truck is our approach except than linear planning. several accident in factory happen from not indeed concern for traffic study.
