Discover the Rayong Warehouse & Factory master-planned complex, featuring eight premium rental facilities. We designed the site for maximum efficiency, offering shared access road infrastructure and flexible configurations for individual tenant needs.

Each facility offers dedicated factory and warehouse space complete with a mezzanine office floor. This strategic design lets managers overlook the main working area, streamlining supervision and workflow. All restroom facilities meet industrial safety and compliance regulations.

Our core design solution maximizes warehouse & factory rental area while prioritizing safety. We implemented a unique, centrally located, double-loaded access road that serves both sides of the complex. To ensure optimal traffic safety and prevent accidents, we isolate personal vehicle driveways from heavy truck lanes. This crucial separation minimizes the risk of collisions and keeps your operations running smoothly.

The buildings feature budget efficiency : concrete block work 2meter height wall and white siding metal sheets, and louver ventilation, roofing metal sheet,  We use a jack roof ventilator to create a natural stack effect, which improves airflow and slightly cooling inside the facility.  Rayong factory space designed for productivity , cost efficiency and safety.
