The renovation of Shop-House

The renovation of Shop House aims to reinforce the structure to comply with new regulatory requirements and to refinish the south facade with sliding aluminum perforated panels. These perforated aluminum panels are adjustable to control heat gain and maintain occupant privacy from the public road.

Re-planning includes relocating the stair to the yellow triangle corner for more efficient use of space.
