Renovation รีโนเวท.  Estimating the budget and construction timeline is crucial, as longer construction periods often lead to unforeseen costs. Here, we’d like to share some of the most common mistakes made by both architects and project owners:
1 Lack of clear communication
From the beginning, it’s essential to align and balance expectations using reference images and a realistic budget.
2 Unforeseen work and List in Bill of Quantity (Contract document)
Unexpected work is inevitable in renovation projects, but inadequate bills of quantity and poorly detailed drawings can make it ever hard
3 Skipping the Feasibility Study
Doing feasibility study.   Before starting a project, it’s wise to engage professions for an initial assessment of scope, budget and timeline.
By addressing these common issues early on, both architects and project owners can significantly improve the success of renovation projects.
