Maternity Clinic Thonglor Renovated shophouse

The purpose of this project is to design, re-plan and wrap the facade of the existing shop house. The owner wishes to have new facilities that are convenient for maternity clinic activities such as elevator (passenger lift) and easily clean and durable material. Double skin red wood screen facade was applied to protect the heat from the south.

อาคารหลังนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงอาคารตึกแถวเดิมถนนทองหล่อให้เป็นคลีนิค สตรีดูแลครรภ์ ต้องปรับปรุงโครงสร้างให้สามารถใส่ ลิฟต์คุณแม่ และ วัสดุพื้น ผนัง ฝ้าที่ใช้ใน คลีนิค ต้องทำความสะอาดง่ายและทนทาน ตัวเปลือกอาคารถูกปรับปรุงให้ร่วมสมัยมากขึ้น ผนัง 2 ชั้น ชั้นแรกเป็น ระแนงไม้แดง เพื่อกันแดดทางทิศใต้ และ ยังได้ลมอ่านเข้าอาคาร ชั้นที่สอง เป็นผนังปูนและกระจก
